Banana and Raspberry Smoothie

One thing it’s for sure…there was no good light this morning when I made those photos :((( And this is bad for the pictures. I tried everything but nothing. So, as you will see, I don’t have the most amazing photos…but trust me…the products is worth making it. I hope I can convince you to do this. You only need 5 minutes and you can drink it immediately or later. The taste will remain almost the same.

Very healthy, fast and easy to make. Not to forget the amazing taste :)

Ingredients for 2 persons

  • 1 frozen big banana
  • frozen raspberries – as much as you can put in your hand
  • 2 cups of organic rice milk, unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon organic hemp seeds
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon mix of organic flax and chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon organic cinnamon

Directions

Put all the ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor, and mix until smooth. If you see that the composition looks too creamy, you can add a little water and blend again.

This is it! Fast, just as should be a good and healthy breakfast when you are running late :) As I did this morning.
