One thing it’s for sure…there was no good light this morning when I made those photos :((( And this is bad for the pictures. I tried everything but nothing. So, as you will see, I don’t have the most amazing photos…but trust me…the products is worth making it. I hope I can convince you to do this. You only need 5 minutes and you can drink it immediately or later. The taste will remain almost the same.
Very healthy, fast and easy to make. Not to forget the amazing taste
Ingredients for 2 persons
- 1 frozen big banana
- frozen raspberries – as much as you can put in your hand
- 2 cups of organic rice milk, unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon organic hemp seeds
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon mix of organic flax and chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon organic cinnamon
Put all the ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor, and mix until smooth. If you see that the composition looks too creamy, you can add a little water and blend again.
This is it! Fast, just as should be a good and healthy breakfast when you are running late As I did this morning.
