For the first time, I used my new camera Samsung NX2000 and I have to say that I still have a lot to learn and the photos didn’t ended the way I wanted…but I hope you will still like it. I also have a lot of things on my mind and sometimes I am not focused 100% on the thing…so excuse me if not everything is in order
I am back with my obsession for salads and I tried a very simple and healthy one. Only 10 min to prepare and I assure you that it’s very tasty and nourishing.
Ingredients for one person
- 1/2 of one avocado
- 2-3 fresh tomatoes
- around 80g of cheese, whatever you prefer. I recommend goat cheese, as it is very healthy and delicious. Now, I used a special matured cheese, Curado, bought in Spain.
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil. I used some special olive oil brought also from Spain, spicy olive oil with chilli peppers or with garlic. What a smell and what a taste! You should try it
- salt and pepper
Mix all the ingredients, add olive oil, a pinch of oregano, salt and pepper and…this is all! You must try it. Too good, fast and healthy!
And…while I was fighting with vegetables and photos and new camera, my lovely Muse was taking a good afternoon nap. She is so tired sometimes :))
